Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom/OEM orders may require additional production time (7-20 days) - we will notify you of the estimated timeline.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5-10 business days worldwide
- Standard International (EMS / Registered Air Mail): 10-20 business days
- Bulk / Freight orders: quoted individually based on volume and destination
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every shipment. You will receive it by email once your order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.
