Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Custom or OEM products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at sales@arronna.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
